Who we are

Kris and Cody's mission is to identify, acquire, and manage income producing properties that provide opportunities for investors to preserve capital investments, collect consistent cash distributions, while waiting for future capital appreciation of the assets and reaping the benefits. 

Cody Dover is a full time player in Real Estate the investing game. He runs the Acquisitions and Marketing department as our quest continues to pursue profitable deals that turn over profits for all partners involved. At 25 years young, Cody is in constant pursuit of providing value and giving back to other people. 

Kris Kohlstedt runs the Financial and Operations departments at Journey Estate Investments.  In his work he has traveled across US and Canada to visit clients. Kris actively trains in elite mental performance to empower himself and his team to recognize their greatness and lead them to reach their potential. His main focus is providing top notch service in the business to ensure a trustworthy brand name.
